Delete your account and the data that goes with it.

Option 1: one tap in the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap your account chip in the top-right corner of the Home screen to open your Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. The deletion runs immediately and you are signed out.

No support ticket, no waiting period.

Option 2: email us

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email support@bribedhorns.com with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address or phone number on the account. We verify it is you by replying to that same address or number, then delete the account. Email requests are completed within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your email address, phone number and name. Nulled in our database.
• Your sign-in. Removed from our authentication provider, including Google and Apple sign-in links.
• Your loyalty balances, rewards, picks, check-ins and push tokens. Deleted or unlinked from you.
• Your preferences, including home venue and notification choices.

What we keep, and for how long

• A minimal audit record of the deletion itself (an opaque account id, the timestamp, and the fact that a deletion happened), kept for compliance.
• Purchase amounts, locations and times that were matched to your account remain as anonymous venue records with no link back to you, because the venue needs them for its own accounting.
• Backups that contain your data age out on their normal schedule within 30 days.

Deletion is permanent. A new account started later begins from zero and cannot recover old balances or rewards.
